Frequently asked questions
Is there a contract?
No. Recurring plans are flexible. You can pause, skip, or cancel through your online account.
Do I need a deep clean first?
If it's been a while since your last professional cleaning, we recommend starting with a deep clean so your recurring visits can focus on maintenance.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
We do our best to send the same team so they know your home and preferences.
